The extension day to day
Sales and shipping labels
The Sales tab is a shipping workstation. It is where you turn "I sold it" into "it is on its way".
The list
Filters: All · To prepare · Shipped · Delivered · Completed · Cancelled · Disputes, plus a filter by country.
Statistics: total, to ship, in progress, completed, and the revenue for the period.
Each sale shows its shipping deadline, its tracking number (with copy and tracking link), and its status.
The To prepare filter, sorted by deadline, is your morning work queue.
Shipping labels
Two buttons, depending on your needs:
- Crop label — the PDF is cropped to 100 × 150 mm thermal printer format. The carrier is detected automatically.
- Download label — the raw PDF, as supplied by Vinted.
In bulk, labels are merged into a single PDF — one file, one print job. If the merge fails, Vintedge falls back to individual downloads rather than giving you nothing.
A label cannot be regenerated. Vinted refuses to produce the label for the same shipment twice. Vintedge therefore always tries to fetch the one that already exists. If none exists yet, you will see "Label not available — it has not been obtained yet": the sale is too recent.
Printing text on the label
Settings → Text on label. The idea: work out which item is in which parcel without opening the app.
Text source:
| Choice | Result |
|---|---|
| Title + transaction ID | The most complete |
| Title only | Readable, but ambiguous if you have several similar items |
| Last word of the title | Ideal if you end your titles with a code |
| Transaction ID only | Compact |
| SKU extracted from the description | The most reliable if you use SKUs |
With the SKU source, give the pattern to look for in the description (sku:
by default): the text that follows is extracted. The Fall back to title + ID
option avoids a silent label when no SKU is found.
Also set the font size (6 to 20) and the position (top or bottom).
If you let Vintedge put your SKUs into your listings (a stock setting on the dashboard), the loop is closed: the SKU is in the listing, it comes back out on the label, and you find the item in its bin.
Getting the label automatically
Still in the settings: Get the label automatically. As soon as a sale needs shipping, the label is generated without a click from you. It waits for you, ready to print.
Extending the shipping deadline
The Extend deadline button asks Vinted for extra time, on a single sale or in bulk. The possible states: extension pending, accepted, refused.
This feature requires the Elite plan. Without it, the button shows "Elite feature required to extend the deadline".
Exporting
The Export button produces a CSV or a JSON. Default columns: sale date, title, buyer, price, currency, status, transaction ID, item URL. Available but switched off: country, offer price, buyer protection, shipping, parcel.
Cropping without going through a sale
If you have a label PDF that does not come from Vinted (a return, a manual shipment), the Utils tab contains a standalone PDF cropper — see Tools. The dashboard offers an equivalent version on the Labels page.
