Parcels and shipping labels
The To collect page
It brings together everything waiting for you somewhere: Vinted purchases at a pickup point, parcels in transit, returns.
Four segments with counters: To collect · In transit · Returns · History.
Grouped by pickup point
Parcels are grouped by pickup point, with the address and an Open in Maps button. An All collected button marks every parcel at one point in one go.
It is built for the round: you leave with one point's list, you come back, you click once.
The deadlines
Each parcel shows a countdown: D-3, Last day, or Expired, with the exact deadline on hover. When the date is estimated, it says so.
That is the most useful information on the page: an uncollected parcel goes back to the seller, and you lose the item and the time spent.
The collection codes
Each parcel shows its code, with a button to copy it.
The Scan my emails button looks for the codes in your connected Gmail inboxes. When a code is missing, a diagnosis explains why:
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| No email found | No email with that tracking number. That Vinted account may receive its emails elsewhere — add that inbox |
| Code not detected | The email exists but the code could not be extracted. Open it by hand |
| Code not searched | Run "Scan my emails" |
You can connect several Gmail inboxes — essential if your Vinted accounts use different addresses. The access requested is read-only and revocable at any time.
Adding tracking by hand
For a parcel that does not come from Vinted (a warranty return, a shipment from an individual): description, carrier, tracking number, collection code, deadline, pickup point address, type (incoming parcel or return), note.
The Labels page
A standalone PDF cropper: drop in your labels, they come back out in 100 × 150 mm thermal printer format.
- Carrier: detected automatically, or chosen by hand.
- Text on the label: free text, at the top or the bottom.
- Output format: a single print-ready PDF, or a ZIP of separate files.
It is the same mechanism as cropping from the Sales page, but on files you supply. Useful for labels from other platforms or for returns.
The complete shipping circuit
- A sale comes in. If you turned on automatic label fetching in the extension, the label is already waiting.
- You select the day's sales on the Sales page, "single PDF" format, Crop the labels.
- You print the PDF in one go on your thermal printer.
- The SKU printed on each label tells you which bin to go and find the item in — see Stock.
- The Auto-Messages agent tells the buyer the parcel has gone.
Once it is set up, a day of shipments takes fifteen minutes.
