Invoices

The Invoices page produces a PDF document for each transaction — sale or purchase.

Generating

A toggle at the top: Sales or Purchases.

On each row, the Generate an invoice button offers:

  • With a template — one of your custom templates;
  • Without a template — a neutral document;
  • Manage templates — a shortcut to the templates page.

With a multiple selection, choose a template and click Download: you get a ZIP containing all the invoices. The report says how many succeeded.

A status filter lets you invoice only the completed transactions.

What an invoice contains

Transaction number, date, currency, seller, buyer, description, amount, service fees, shipping costs, tracking number, total paid. Plus your business details if your template includes them.

A footer note recalls that the document is intended for personal archiving.

Creating a template

Invoices → Invoice templates. Ten templates at most.

Three tabs:

Information — template name, company name, address, tax number, company registration number, VAT number, logo URL, phone, email.

Custom fields — free label / value pairs, for anything that does not fit the standard fields: legal notices, terms, insurance number.

Layout — four styles:

StyleLook
ModernClean, with a colored border
ClassicFormal, borders and centered header
MinimalVery airy
ProfessionalTwo-tone header, structured sections

Plus the main color, the font (sans-serif, serif or monospace), and three switches: show the logo, the seller details, the custom fields.

A live preview shows the result while you adjust.

The default template

Mark one as default: that is the one offered first.

If you have several Vinted accounts matching distinct businesses, create one template per business — you will choose at generation time.

What it is for

  • Justifying your sales to your accountant or the tax authorities.
  • Providing an invoice to a buyer who asks for one.
  • Archiving your purchases as proof of costs — that is what makes your costs defensible.

Exporting sales and purchases to CSV complements all of this nicely for accounting — see Accounting and expenses.
