Message templates

Templates let you create personalized messages for the favorites agent.

Create a template

1. Go to Dashboard > Agents > Templates
2. Click New template
3. Write your message using available variables

Available variables

Use these variables in your messages:

• {item_title} — Item title
• {item_price} — Item price
• {buyer_name} — User name

Automatic offers

Set up an automatic offer with each message:

• Discount percentage — e.g. 90% of price (= -10%)
• Rounding — Up, down, or nearest

Selection mode

• Manual — Pick the template for each send
• Weighted random — Templates are chosen randomly by weight

Tip: Create multiple templates with different tones for a more natural feel.
