My account and subscription
The My account page brings together your profile, your subscription and your connections.
The subscription
The card at the top shows your current plan and its state:

The Manage my subscription button opens the Stripe portal in a new tab: change plan, update the card, view invoices, cancel. Vintedge stores no card number.
What happens if a payment fails
A first failure leaves you a short grace period: a warning banner appears, but everything keeps working.
After that, access is suspended: a blocking screen replaces the dashboard, and the extension's agents stop. Your data stays intact; everything restarts as soon as the payment goes through.
The trial has no grace period. If the first charge fails at the end of the 7 days, access is suspended immediately.
The end of the trial
A banner reminds you how many days are left. At the deadline, you are billed at the Growth rate unless you changed plan or cancelled in the meantime.
If the trial ends with no plan chosen, a screen offers to pick up where you left off.
Account information
Your photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB maximum) appears in the navigation bar and in the leaderboard. Your name and your email are changed here.
Changing your email changes your login address: make sure you have access to it.
Discord
Linking your Discord account automatically grants you your role on the community server.
- Connect Discord — the usual Discord authorization.
- Join the server if you have not already.
- If the role was not granted (a common case when you were not on the server yet at the time of linking), click Resync.
The Resync button requires an active subscription. A Discord account already linked to another Vintedge user cannot be linked.
