Agent templates

Templates define the messages automatically sent by your agents.

Template management

1. Go to Agents > Templates
2. Create a new template or edit an existing one
3. Set the weight (selection probability)

Template types

• Single message — For a single favorited item
• Bundle message — For multiple items from the same user

Variables

Use dynamic variables in your messages to personalize them automatically.

Attached offers

Each template can include an automatic offer with a configurable discount percentage.

Tip: Create at least 3-4 different templates so your messages feel natural.
