Multiple Vinted accounts

Add a second Vinted account

Linking an extra account requires no form at all. You just log in to that account on Vinted, in a browser where the extension is installed.

Prerequisites

  • A Growth or Elite plan (Starter only allows a single account).
  • The extension installed and paired with your Vintedge account.

The procedure: a dedicated browser profile

This is the method. It avoids juggling Vinted logouts and lets both shops run at the same time.

  1. In Chrome, click your avatar at the top right → Add. On Brave, it is the same idea from the profile menu. Google describes the detailed procedure: manage multiple Chrome profiles.
  2. Name the profile after the shop, for example "Vinted — atelier-nord". The browser opens a new window, free of cookies.
  3. In that window, install the Vintedge extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  4. Open a Vinted page, click the blue button, Sign in, and pair it with the same Vintedge account as the first profile.
  5. Log in to Vinted with the second account.

In under a minute, the new account appears in Settings → Account → Vinted accounts, and the counter moves to 2 / 3.

The Vintedge account is the same in every profile. It is the subscription that is shared; the Vinted sessions stay separate.

The stopgap case: linking without creating a profile right away

If you only want to link an account to check that it is recognized: log out of Vinted, log back in with the other account, reload a Vinted page. The extension registers it within the minute, and both accounts stay linked afterwards.

Do not make this your way of working. For as long as you operate like this, only one shop runs, the agents of the other are stopped, and the dashboard orders aimed at it stay blocked. Create its profile right afterwards — see How multi-account works.

Checking that it worked

In the extensionSettings → Account: both accounts are listed, with a 2 / 3 counter.

In the dashboard — an account selector appears on the relevant screens (sales, listings, analytics). As long as only one account is linked, it stays hidden: it would have nothing to filter.

What can block you

"Account limit reached" — you have hit the number of accounts your plan allows. Move up a plan, or free a slot by deleting an account from Vinted accounts — keeping in mind the 48-hour delay between two deletions.

The account does not appear — first check Settings → Account in the extension: if you read "Vinted session inactive", the extension has not yet seen a Vinted page for that account. Reload a Vinted page. If nothing changes after a few minutes, reload the extension from chrome://extensions: after a first failed registration, it only retries on restart.

You deleted an account by mistake — just log back in to that Vinted account: it will be linked again. It is deletion that is subject to a delay, not adding.

What happens to the new account's data

As soon as an account is seen for the first time, the extension imports its entire purchase history. On an old account that takes several minutes, and it picks up automatically if you close Chrome in the meantime.

Sales, items and messages follow at the normal sync pace (every 15 minutes, or immediately if you click Refresh).
